今晚，我們相聚在阿爾卑斯山腳下，為一家傳奇企業(yè)慶祝175歲生日！1850年建廠至今，LMF走過了整整1-3/4個世紀。175年的歷史，本身就是一座豐碑。 我代表開山集團所有同事們，向所有創(chuàng)造這段輝煌的前輩和在場的每一位LMF同事致以最誠摯的祝賀，并致以崇高的敬意。
Tonight, on the foothills of the Alps, we gather to celebrate the 175th birthday of a truly legendary company. Since 1850, LMF has journeyed through nearly two centuries of industrial advancement—one and three-quarter centuries of innovation, craftsmanship, and resilience.
A 175-year legacy is not just history. It is a monument.
And on behalf of Kaishan Group, I would like to pay my highest respect to the generations of LMF pioneers who built this legacy, and to every one of you carrying it forward today.
2016年，當開山集團收購LMF的時候，這是一項不被看好的“聯(lián)姻”——公司經營步履維艱，難以持續(xù)。但我看到了這里承載著工業(yè)文明的技術沉淀——包括柴油機之父魯?shù)婪颉さ先麪栂壬⒖ㄆ仗m水輪機發(fā)明人都曾是LMF的先輩之一；也看到了公司在能源轉型背景下的新機遇。我相信，只要方向正確，這家奧地利企業(yè)一定能夠浴火重生。
When Kaishan acquired LMF in 2016, there were many doubts upon this transaction as well as the future of LMF. But we saw something deeper—175 years of accumulated engineering wisdom and industrial heritage, including a direct lineage to Rudolf Diesel, the father of the diesel engine and Viktor Kaplan, inventor of the Kaplan turbine. And we saw an opportunity: a chance for European engineering excellence and Chinese manufacturing strength to come together at the dawn of the new energy era.We believed that with the right vision, LMF would not only recover—it would thrive.
今天，我可以自豪地向大家宣布：我們做到了！ 在經歷收購初期三年的陣痛后，我們與LMF管理團隊一起，不僅讓LMF起死回生，更讓它緊密融入到Kaishan Family之中，與開山一起完成了從傳統(tǒng)機械裝備制造商到“新能源核心裝備供應商”的華麗轉型。過去數(shù)年里，我們把市場重心拉回歐盟，并實現(xiàn)多款產品歐洲制造與中國制造的融合以增強市場競爭力，給客戶最優(yōu)質量、性價比的選擇。從最直觀的財報上——LMF數(shù)年連續(xù)盈利，現(xiàn)金流保持穩(wěn)健、健康。這首先要歸功于LMF每一位同事的堅守與拼搏，也要感謝全球Kaishan Family的無私支持。謝謝你們！Danke sch?n!

We succeeded.
After three challenging years of restructuring, Kaishan and the LMF management team brought the company back to life—stronger, sharper, and more focused than ever. Together, we transformed LMF from a traditional machinery maker into a core equipment supplier for the global hydrogen economy.
We refocused the market on the European Union and introduced a new model combining European core technology with world-class Chinese system manufacturing, offering customers unmatched quality and value. Financial results tell the story clearly: consecutive years of profitability and consistently strong cash flow.
This success belongs to every LMF colleague, to your dedication and resilience. It also belongs to the entire global Kaishan Family for your steadfast support.

如今，LMF已深度融入開山新能源版圖，向開山的地熱發(fā)電廠、綠氫/氨/醇工廠提供關鍵核心設備，成為不可或缺的核心力量，開始為全球‘氫能社會’提供最關鍵的產品與服務。在印尼、肯尼亞的地熱電站，LMF制造的ORC透平機正在現(xiàn)場高效、可靠地運行；在開山的“地熱-綠氨”工廠上，我們將安裝價值超過4000萬歐元、在Leobersdorf制造的氫氣壓縮機、合成氣壓縮機及ORC透平膨脹機。開山正在與LMF攜手，為綠氫、綠氨、綠色甲醇的大規(guī)模工業(yè)化制造開辟全新領域。
Today, LMF is deeply integrated into Kaishan’s new-energy ecosystem. It has become a vital force in our geothermal and hydrogen businesses, delivering key products and services for the emerging “hydrogen society.” In Indonesia and Kenya, LMF’s ORC turbines are operating with exceptional efficiency and reliability. And in Kaishan’s groundbreaking “Geothermal–Green Ammonia” projects, LMF is offering 40m Euro Hydrogen Compressors, syngas compressors and ORC turbines which are manufacturerd in Leobersdorf. Jointly, LMF and Kaishan are opening entirely new chapters in the industrial production of green hydrogen, green ammonia, and green methanol.
在此，我很高興與各位分享開山集團的里程碑事件。今年11月3日，肯尼亞共和國總統(tǒng)威廉·魯托閣下親臨我們的Olkaria項目現(xiàn)場，為項目舉行開工儀式。該項目利用Olkaria地熱田豐富的地熱蒸汽建設165兆瓦地熱電站，全部綠色電力將生產20萬噸綠氨，并進一步制造48萬噸綠色化肥。這是全球第一座真正大規(guī)模、100%可再生能源制綠氫并轉化成綠氨與綠色肥料的工業(yè)化項目！整個項目由開山集團提供100%的資本金和技術支持，而其中多項關鍵設備都來自我們奧地利的家族成員。
Allow me to share a milestone that fills us with pride.
On November 3rd this year, His Excellency President William Ruto of Kenya personally visited our project site in Olkaria to launch the construction of our integrated green-energy complex. Using 165 megawatts of geothermal power, this facility will produce 200,000 tonnes of green ammonia and 480,000 tonnes of green fertilizers each year. This is the first big-scale 100% renewable energy-driven green ammonia and fertilizer industrial project. Kaishan Group will offer 100% equity and technical support; and our Austrian team will offer quite some key components and equipment.
德語里有句諺語：“Nach dem Regen scheint wieder die Sonne.”（“陽光總在風雨后”）。當總統(tǒng)先生在肯尼亞現(xiàn)場宣布這是“非洲綠色工業(yè)化的旗艦項目”時，我知道，LMF 175年的傳奇，在這一刻迎來了最耀眼的新篇章。
There is a German proverb that says:
“Nach dem Regen scheint wieder die Sonne. (After the rain, the sun always shines)
And when President Ruto declared this project the “flagship of Africa’s green industrialization,” I knew that in that moment, the 175-year story of LMF had entered its brightest new chapter yet.
